To commemorate the anniversary of renowned skateboarder and magazine editor, Jake Phelps’ passing — Thrasher wanted to create an art installation in their retail store.

The wall included a few of his beloved belongings, photos, and things found around his office which all had their respective stories. It was a collaborative effort with the Thrasher team to figure out which “Jake-isms”, writings, and visuals from his life for me to paint alongside those physical items.
